How MPnest intends to use information shared through the founding artist waiting list and contact forms.
This is a working privacy notice for MPnest’s pre-launch website. MPnest should review and approve it for its legal obligations and actual operating practices before public launch.
Who receives your information?
MPnest, reachable at mpnesthub@gmail.com, receives submissions through this website. Site administrators can view the information using a restricted admin dashboard.
What we collect
If you join the artist waiting list, we collect your name, email address, location, medium, and anything you choose to share about your portfolio or work. If you contact us, we collect your name, email and message.
Why we collect it
Artist waiting list details are used to communicate about possible onboarding, verification opportunities, early access, future showcases and MPnest development. Contact details are used to respond to enquiries. The forms require your consent to these communications.
Where details are stored
Form responses are stored through Netlify Blobs, a server-side storage service, and accessed through administrator-only endpoints. Photographs are loaded from Unsplash, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may receive standard technical request information when their resources load.
How long we keep details
MPnest should establish and publish a defined retention schedule before launch. Until then, the prototype keeps submissions until an administrator deletes them from the backing store. There is no automated retention or deletion rule.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submission by contacting mpnesthub@gmail.com. MPnest should review its applicable legal requirements for data subject requests and international storage before opening registrations publicly.
Security
The admin interface uses signed, time-limited, HTTP-only session cookies and a hashed administrator password, with credentials kept on the server. No system can guarantee absolute security.
